B/I (beginners - intermediate)
Each instructor will share a Fusion of Hatha Yoga styles while
honoring the core principles of Yoga Discipline.
Modifications will be given for beginner students and variations
will be offered for all levels.
Alignments, pranayama (breathing techniques), internal heat,
laughter and meditation will assist you to awaken your maximum
potential.
All Levels (beginners - seasoned student)
Awaken and experience the intelligence that dwells within the
body.
Modifications of postures will be shared during the Vinyasa
practice to increase or reduce the intensity of your practice.
Explore a beautiful blend of postures with subtle energetic
elements of alignments, mantras, pranayama,
chakras, visualization and meditation.
Seniors/Gentle (specific needs)
A modified class designed to restore vitality, ease discomforts
of arthritis and general aches and pains.
The gentle movements are designed to gain the benefits of
balance, improve flexibility and strength.
One can improve mobility with the assistance of breath,
visualization, props, chairs and meditation. |
