Charo Evangelista

Charo is a lightworker and a starseed from the Rose Galaxy, born in Peru. As a member of the Sisterhood of the Rose she teaches about the high frequencies of love and how to expand your heart to receive these frequencies for self healing. Her life mission is to help others to connect to the light of love within their hearts.

Yoga was an instrumental part of Charo's self-discovery and awakening. She has studied with many wonderful teachers, her teaching became a fusion of the different disciplines she’s practiced throughout the years. In her yoga classes, you will experience the TriYoga flows, which unite posture, breath, pranayama, mudra, mantra, and meditation.

She discovered Essentrics® in 2016 and fell in love with the practice. Charo observed her senior yoga students not being able to get up and down anymore or they were recuperating from joint replacements. Essentrics® turned out to be the answer to help the aging population become stronger, healthier and more energized. She is passionate about Essentrics®.

Charo has been teaching yoga at the Śama Center for the past 27 years and Essentrics® for 6 years. She trained with Paula Sam to obtain her certification in TriYoga Basics, and to receive her Reiki Mastership Level. She is an Access Bars Facilitator, AromaTouch Therapist, Emotional Healer Facilitator, and Meditation Instructor.
