Fascia Reset - Single Class

Discover a movement practice designed to unlock mobility, release tension, and strengthen your core while supporting overall alignment from the feet to the spine. Paula guides the class in a safe, joyful environment where you can move with awareness, explore modifications, and find what feels right for your body.

This therapeutic session blends fascia release, functional movement, mobility work, and hypopressive techniques to gently activate the deep core, improve posture, support pelvic floor health, and enhance stability. You’ll leave feeling taller, lighter, and more connected in your body.

Whether you’re looking to improve balance, ease pain, or simply move with more freedom, this class meets you where you are, welcoming all levels and providing tools to build strength, flexibility, and confidence.
