Group Sound Journey: Opening to the Full Moon

The Full Buck Moon rises on July 10th but the night before holds its own quiet magic. We gather in sacred space to soften the edges, clear the noise, and attune the body and spirit to receive the moon’s light.

The evening begins with a gentle, grounding opening guided by Paula, followed by a meditative soundscape with Matthew, weaving together the deep resonance of Tibetan Singing Bowls and the melodic tones of the Rav Vast. Let the vibrations carry you inward, releasing what’s ready to go and making space for what’s ready to bloom.

Chairs and backjacks will be provided for those who prefer to sit more upright and supported.
