His training is grounded in integrative, evidence-informed care with a focus on movement-based rehabilitation, functional strength, and soft tissue therapies. He works with a broad range of clients—including athletes, weightlifters, older adults, and individuals managing chronic musculoskeletal conditions—supporting them through Pilates-based rehab, strength coaching, and certified wellness therapies like Graston and sports cupping.

He is a certified group fitness instructor and continues his apprenticeship under Paula Sam, whose mentorship in Pilates, fascia release, mobility work, raw living foods, and juice therapy has played a pivotal role in both his professional development and personal healing. A two-time cancer survivor living with ulcerative colitis in long-term remission. Matthew credits Paula’s support, particularly her nutritional guidance alongside the therapeutic use of Tibetan Singing Bowls, as essential to his sustained sense of wellbeing and growth. His journey toward healing deeply informs his passion for helping others thrive physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Matthew is also a Tibetan Singing Bowl Master Teacher and Practitioner, and the founder of both the Reiki 3 Tibetan Singing Bowl Method and Tibetan Singing Bowl Massage Technique. As a Reiki Master Teacher with over sixteen years of experience in Eastern philosophy and energy work, he integrates spiritual insight and somatic awareness to foster healing. He draws from a lineage of intuitive sensitivity that has run through his family for generations, which informs his holistic approach to wellness and care.

A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, MAC holds a Bachelor of Science from SUNY Brockport, a Master of Divinity from Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School (with a focus on Theology, Interfaith Studies, and Womanist/African American approaches to theology), and a Certificate in Alcohol and Drug Counseling from Villanova University.
