
Gentle Yoga is a slower-paced practice suitable for seniors, beginners, and returning students seeking mindful movement. This class supports graceful aging by helping maintain muscle softness and flexibility, sharpening mental alertness, and encouraging deep relaxation. Through intentional poses and breathwork, participants gently strengthen muscles and joints, while enhancing cardiovascular health, improving sleep, and cultivating balance. Rooted in a holistic approach, Gentle Yoga empowers body, mind, and spirit to remain vibrant, healthy, and grounded.
